June/July will see the majority of bands from the INDIE SOUNDSC comp hit the road along the East Coast. 

LEFTARDS, OWEN GUNS, SHAKAMOTO,RADIO REJECTS,DARK CLOUDS,HUGS, OCAEN, LOOSE SURFACE,STRIKE OUTS, RAWRUS TONGUE ,SUGAR BEATS, MISSO, and GIRL LIKES HER BRAIN all set to take the GONG to the masses.

The15 date tour hits the road from June 28, landing at  GOLD COAST, BRISSIE, BELLI,NGEN, NEWY, CENNY COAST, , PORT KEMBLA, CANBERRA, ULLADULLA, NORTHERN BEACHES, & PORT MACQUARIE.

Work is well underway on the next INDIE SOUNDS  album. Due out in June, the compilation will showcase an aweome selection of Wollongong bands, including LEFTARDS, OWEN GUNS, SWEATY BETTYS, HUGS,SHAKAMOTO,RADIO REJECTS,DARK CLOUDS,OCAEN, HUGS,LOOSE SURFACE,STRIKE OUTS, RAWRUS TONGUE, SUGAR BEATS, MISSO, and LITTLE GIRL LIKES HER BRAIN. 

14 tracks on splatter vinyl and 28tracks on digipak CD. Artwork by the amazing Glenno this time around.

And a 15 date tour hits the road from June 28, landing at BELLINGEN, GOLD COAST, BRISSIE, NEWY, CENNY COAST, PORT KEMBLA, DEE WHY, CENTRAL COAST,  & PORT MACQUARIE.

We're currently working on the next INDIE SOUNDS compilation. The fourth in the series, it will feature bands from the Gong and surrounds. Already on board are OWEN GUNS, LEFTARDS, STRIKE OUTS, RADIO REJECTS, OCAEN, DARK CLOUDS and HUGS.

Also on the 2025 schedule are MELBOURNE's Forklift Assassins, Sydney's Sugarbeats and Newcastle's OUTER CONTROL.

AND we have a very special re-issue that we are keeping under wraps until the time is right.

LION ISLAND launched their brand new album, their second on Vi-Nil Records, at the awesome Hiss & Crackle Records on August 17. 

They have a local launch coming up August 31 at Link & Pin Woy Woy.

This one has all that Lion Island indie charm with hooks all over the shop...and even some exploratory psyched moments.

It's out on lipstick red vinyl and on a limited run of 100 copies.

The new INDIE SOUNDS FROM NEWY & THE HUNTER album  has gone gang busters after the recent tour, a tour that stretched from Port Kembla to The Sunshine Coast. 

So much fun on the road with a grrat bunch of Newy bands and even a few local additions along the way.

July is looking damn fine for one of our fave Vi-Nil artists, RUST.
